How Shipping Works

Shipping your Miniature Pinscher puppy might sound a bit uncomfortable, but trust me, it’s harder on us than the puppy! With years of experience in getting puppies to their new families, we promise that each little one is well cared for.

Airlines know not to mistreat puppies because they fear lawsuits and unhappy customers. We make sure to tape the feeding instructions to the top of the crate and provide frozen water that will gradually thaw out. They even get some food during the flight!

Typically, flights last around 3 to 6 hours. We keep track of any delays or layovers, so we always know where the puppy is and can keep you updated.

Your Miniature Pinscher puppy will arrive on the same day it’s sent—usually within just a few hours! We include a soft bed of shredded newspapers in their crate for comfort, along with a pig’s ear chew (which they adore!) and a toy or sock with my scent to help them feel secure.

We see shipping as a good option and handle all the details. Sometimes we find loving homes for our puppies that are further away. You may wonder, “Is flying a puppy safe?” This is a common concern, and we wouldn’t do it if we weren’t sure it was safe.

A few years ago, when I first shipped a puppy, I asked the shipping company representative about this. He assured me, “We only book flights with safe, approved airlines that have pet-safe programs following USDA guidelines.” The puppy will be breathe the same air as the pilot, and there will be someone on board to care for them. They don’t go in the cargo, either; they fly with pet nannies in the passenger section.

When booking, we always aim for the most direct flight, just like you would for yourself. Our puppies have always arrived happy and healthy. The rep even said it’s more comfortable for a puppy to fly for 3-6 hours than to be in a car for 4 or more! We completely agree because we trust these professionals to deliver safely. So yes, we can ship puppies anywhere within the USA and Canada.
